Report a Maintenance Issue

We take a proactive approach to managing maintenance to ensure the property you rent is maintained in good repair, as instructed by our landlords.

Please email your property manager to report any maintenance issues.

Urgent Repairs to an Essential Service

For the purposes of the definition of urgent repairs in section 43(1) of the Act, each of the following services is prescribed as an essential service —
(a) electricity;
(b) gas;
(c) a functioning refrigerator, but only if it is provided with the premises;
(d) sewerage, septic tank or other waste water management treatment;
(e) water, including the supply of hot water.

After Hours Procedure

After hours, our property managers do not necessarily check their emails as regularly as during the working week.  If your maintenance request is urgent and relates to an essential service, please email AND TEXT YOUR PROPERTY MANAGER to alert them of required attention.
