Our Company

MICHAEL JOHNSON & CO was established in 1967 at Mount Lawley where today the administration for our three offices is carried out. Our other two branch offices are in Bedford/Morley & Duncraig.

The firm in the 70’s managed under 40 properties & conducted approximately 150 sales per year. In 2009 those figures have increased to over 1000 Residential & Commercial properties managed and approxmately 400 sales conduted per year. This has seen our staff grow from a mere 6 to solid 52.

Our conviction that to maintain prominence in the industry requires a “hands on attitude”, which we have always given through our integrated client/customer/agency relationship, where our Directors are not only active within the market place but also with industry matters.

With many awards including Professionals Property Manager Of the Year, Professionals Master Sales Persons, Professional Sales Office of the Year, Michael Johnson & Co is continually striving to continue its 'award winning' culture with our on going new ideas, improved technologies and a greater customer service in the Real Estate Indusrty.
